A little bit about my beginnings…I certainly have my family to thank for setting me off on this journey.
They were always hosting a special celebration a birthday party or even a holiday. From a young age I was a designated helper, a part of any event whether it was in the kitchen baking a cake or pie, or setting the table with Grandma or even just washing a dish.
I can honestly remember my grandmother passing down many family recipes. Her Sunday Sauce was truly the best! So many special memories and moments to look back on. So thankful for all those special moments.
As I grew old enough to work, I began working in any customer service job I could find! I found myself in a restaurant! A true learning experience… Not only with food and serving but also managerial roles. It just felt like a natural progression to continue in the hospitality industry in any capacity.
Spending time serving people is what I have enjoyed most of all. And being able to be a part of people’s special moments in life is a true joy! Whether it is setting up decor or cutting a cake… it is a true privilege be a part of people’s parties!
